Last updated: April 2026 These terms govern your use of soundinkube.com and any tickets purchased through it. By using the platform or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the platform. Who we are SoundinKube is an independent live music and events platform operated as a sole proprietorship under the name SoundinKube, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Tickets When you buy a ticket through SoundinKube, you are purchasing the right to attend a specific event on a specific date at a specific venue. That's it. The ticket is personal to you and non-transferable unless we explicitly say otherwise for that event. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you can't make it, that's on you. We're not a cinema — these are live events built around real artists and real rooms, and every ticket sold matters. If an event is cancelled by us or the venue, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, contact us at connect@soundinkube.com within 48 hours of the postponement announcement and we'll sort it out. Entry Your QR code is your ticket. Show it at the door — on your phone, no printing needed. Each QR code can only be scanned once. If someone else scans your QR before you arrive, we cannot be held responsible. Keep your booking reference private. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, aggressive, or behaving in a way that disrupts other attendees or the event. No refund will be issued in these cases. Venue rules apply at all times. SoundinKube is not responsible for the venue's policies, conduct, or facilities. Age restrictions apply where stated on the event listing. It is your responsibility to check before purchasing. Payments All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. SoundinKube does not store your card details. A payment gateway fee of approximately 2% is included in the ticket price shown at checkout. Events and lineups Lineups are subject to change. Artist substitutions happen. If the headliner changes, that is not grounds for a refund. If the entire event is cancelled, see the cancellation policy above. Event details including time, venue, and supporting acts may change. We will communicate any significant changes via email to the address used at booking. Your data We collect your name, email, and phone number when you book. We use this to send your ticket, communicate event updates, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever. Liability SoundinKube is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at any event, whether caused by the venue, other attendees, or circumstances beyond our control.
