Refund Policy

All ticket sales on SoundinKube are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a ticket has been purchased. This applies to all events regardless of the reason for non-attendance. We know that's firm. But live events are built on commitment — from the artists, the venues, and the people in the room. Every ticket sold is a promise kept. The only exceptions are: Event cancellation. If SoundinKube or the venue cancels an event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of the cancellation announcement. Event postponement. If an event is postponed your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us at connect@soundinkube.com within 48 hours of the postponement announcement and we will process a full refund. For anything else, reach us at connect@soundinkube.com and we'll do our best to help — but refunds outside of the above will not be issued.
