What we collect When you book a ticket we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you visit the site we collect standard analytics data like pages visited and device type. We do not collect payment card details — that is handled entirely by Razorpay. Why we collect it Your name, email, and phone are used to generate and deliver your ticket, send you booking confirmations, and communicate any changes to events you've booked. We may occasionally send you information about upcoming SoundinKube events. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or contacting us directly. Who we share it with Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Supabase to store booking data and Razorpay to process payments — both operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by applicable data protection laws. How long we keep it We retain booking data for as long as necessary for accounting and legal compliance. If you want your data deleted, email us at connect@soundinkube.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days. Cookies This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. Your rights You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
